Auction Types
Our dual auction structure ensures there's always an opportunity for our customers to secure excellent deals.
Real-Time Auctions (RTAs) offer an exciting live-bidding experience, whereas Time-Limited Auctions (TLAs) provide a more relaxed approach to bidding. There's something for everyone!
Auction Schedule
Real Time Auctions (RTAs) and Time Limited Auctions (TLAs) are held on a weekly basis.
Users subscribed to the Member’s Plan will also gain access to Member’s Only Auctions (i.e. special discounted auctions) held once a month.

I've registered on your website. When can I expect to hear back?
Thank you for registering! We typically process new registrations within 3-5 business days. Please ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and that any required payments have been made. Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
When do the weekly auctions take place?
Real Time Auctions (RTA) occur every Thursday 10AM, with a preview period from Saturdays to Wednesdays.
Time Limited Auctions (TLA) take place from Saturdays to Tuesdays.
What is the difference between the Member and Non-Member pricing plans?
The Member Plan (i.e. annual membership) requires a yearly premium of $250, granting access to all 52 auction weeks per year in addition to special discounted auction.
In contrast, the Non-Member Plan (i.e. weekly membership) has no annual premium, but each auction week costs $10 to participate, potentially reaching $520 annually if all 52 auction weeks are joined. Non-members are not able to participate in the special discounted auctions.
All prices quoted are subject to a the prevailing GST rate.
Are there any pre-auction sales or early purchase options for items?
Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-auction sales or early purchase options for our items. All items are exclusively available for bidding during our scheduled auctions.
How does the preview and pre-bid process work?
Previews are only available for Real Time Auctions (RTA), which allows you to explore all auction items on our platform before the live bidding begins. During this period, you can place pre-bids on desired items. Pre-bids are automated bids that will be placed at the start of the live auction, ensuring your participation even if you cannot attend.
What is the difference between "pre-bid" and "actual bid"?
A pre-bid, or preliminary bid, is an offer made before a live auction begins. Pre-bids are helpful for bidders who can’t attend the live auction or want to increase their chances of winning. By placing a pre-bid, you’re essentially setting a starting point for the item.
An actual bid, on the other hand, is a formal offer made during the live auction. It’s a real-time commitment to purchase the item at the specified price. Actual bids can be placed in response to other bidders’ offers as part of the live competitive bidding process.
Can I preview auction items before signing up as a member?
While we cannot provide full access to our auction items prior to membership, we offer sneak peeks of upcoming items through our “What’s On” section and on Instagram. This will give you a taste of what to expect as a member.
What types of brands are typically featured in your auctions?
Our auctions feature a diverse range of luxury brands, including but not limited to Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, Hermès, Rolex, Gucci, and Prada. We offer a wide selection of items, with a catalog of over 1,000 pieces.
What is the cancellation policy for winning bids?
Please note that there is a 10% cancellation fee for any winning bid that is canceled. This fee applies to all cancellations, including those resulting from accidental bids. For items priced below $200, a minimum cancellation fee of $20 will be charged.
What are the accepted payment methods for membership and transaction fees?
We accept payment via Cash, Bank Transfer, PayNow and Debit / Credit Cards.
Please note that an additional 3% processing fee will apply to purchases made under cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and UnionPay.
What is the payment schedule for auction items?
A 10% deposit is required within one day of winning the auction. The remaining balance must be paid one week before the start of the next auction.
Do you offer delivery for my purchases?
We provide complimentary local deliveries within Singapore for all purchases totaling S$500 and above. For purchases below S$500, a distance-based fee applies.
International delivery through FedEx is also an option; however, associated costs must be covered by the customer. If you are interested in overseas delivery, kindly reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping services exclusively through FedEx. Please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping fees associated with international orders.
What if the item I purchased is not authentic?
If you believe your item is counterfeit, please contact our customer support team within one year of the purchase date.
To expedite the process, please provide proof of the item’s authenticity from an authorized retailer or a reputable appraiser. If such proof is unavailable, we will have our in-house experts assess the item.
If the item is confirmed to be counterfeit, we will initiate a return process and refund your purchase price. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
